1/ 14以降のアカデミールール The academy rules from the 14th January

緊急事態宣言中は、以下のアカデミールールをお守り下さい。１月１4日から適用とします。営業時間に変更はございません。

１．全クラスにおけるマスクの着用（指導者、及び会員）

２．スパーリングクラスはオープンマットに変更し、マスク着用のドリルのみ可とする。

３．ベーシック、及びレギュラークラスの内容は45分のテクニック練習に変更

４．更衣室におけるマスクなしでの会話の厳禁

 

Following are the rules under the declaration of emergency. They will be applied from the 14th January.

  1. Wear the mask in all classes.
  2. All sparing classes change to open mat and drills with the mask are allowed.
  3. 45 minutes technique drills in the basic and regular classes.
  4. Do not talk without the mask in the locker room.
